Who we are
Vitality Lounge is a wellness optimization center located at 2220 Superior Viaduct, Cleveland, OH 44113. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Vitality Lounge.
Information we collect
Through the Site we collect the following:
- Information you give us when you fill out a consultation or booking form: first and last name, email address, phone number, service of interest, appointment preferences, and any notes you add.
- Messages you send through the on-site chat widget.
- Automatically collected data when you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time on page.
- Cookies and pixel data, including advertising identifiers used by Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance.
The Site is a marketing and booking surface. We do not intentionally collect protected health information (PHI) through the Site. Clinical information is handled only inside our clinic under separate systems and is governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive when a clinical relationship begins.
How we use the information
- Respond to consultation and booking requests.
- Schedule appointments and send booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Provide the services you asked about.
- Send you educational emails from Rick only if you opt in to the newsletter.
- Understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- Detect fraud, protect the Site, and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary to run the Site and respond to you. Current service providers include:
- Giant Maker Operating System / GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management (CRM), scheduling, email, and SMS platform. Information you submit through our booking forms is streamed to GoHighLevel so we can respond and manage your appointment.
- Meta (Facebook) — Meta Pixel receives events such as page views, form submissions (Lead), and appointment confirmations (Schedule) so we can measure ad performance.
- Hosting and database provider — the Site is hosted on Lovable Cloud and uses a managed database to persist content and form submissions.
- Google — Google Fonts is used to render typography.
- Legal and safety recipients — we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
Calls, texts, and email (TCPA)
By providing your phone number in a booking form you consent to receive calls and text messages from Vitality Lounge and its scheduling partner (GoHighLevel) about your appointment and the services you asked about. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop transactional email you need to keep your appointment.
Marketing email
We only send marketing or educational emails to people who actively check the newsletter opt-in on a form. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing info@vitalitylounge.health.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to run the Site and analytics/advertising cookies (including Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors interact with the Site. You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- For California residents (CCPA/CPRA) — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell personal information.
- For Ohio and other U.S. residents — comparable rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising where required by state law.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@vitalitylounge.health. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you, run our business, and comply with legal obligations. When we no longer need it we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites, videos (including YouTube), and services. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
